# AI Expert vs Velocity Built

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Velocity Built at none against AI Expert's 4. Velocity Built also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). AI Expert's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Expert sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Velocity Built asks for nothing beyond the download.

Velocity Built holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Expert has 2.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
