# Dream Novels vs MoReader

The clearest difference is rating: Dream Novels at 5.0 against MoReader's 4.0. MoReader's advantage is ratings volume (302 vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dream Novels sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and MoReader sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dream Novels holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MoReader has 302 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dream Novels ships an update every 6 weeks, MoReader every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
