# BeSecret vs Demotivation

The clearest difference is update cadence: Demotivation at every 6 days against BeSecret's every 5 weeks. BeSecret's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BeSecret sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Demotivation sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BeSecret ships an update every 5 weeks, Demotivation every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
