# DSD vs Ransomfeed

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ransomfeed at weekly against DSD's every 2 months. Ransomfeed also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DSD ships an update every 2 months, Ransomfeed weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
