# CENT_TV vs Sakura

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CENT_TV at none against Sakura's 5. CENT_TV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.4). Sakura's advantage is ratings volume (22K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sakura sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.00 per month. CENT_TV asks for nothing beyond the download.

CENT_TV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sakura has 22K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of CENT_TV's written reviews are positive against 97% of Sakura's.

CENT_TV ships an update every 3 months, Sakura every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
