# Weather Radar vs BassTactics

The clearest difference is update cadence: BassTactics at every 4 days against Weather Radar's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Weather Radar sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and BassTactics sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Weather Radar ships an update fortnightly, BassTactics every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
