# Self HR vs Super

The clearest difference is ads: Super at none against Self HR's shown. Self HR's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 6 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Self HR ships an update every 4 weeks, Super every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
