# Plug AI vs Unsaid

The clearest difference is monetization model: Unsaid at free with in-app purchases against Plug AI's subscription. Unsaid also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 27%). Plug AI's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (16K vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Plug AI sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Unsaid sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Plug AI holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Plug AI has 16K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Plug AI's written reviews are positive against 50% of Unsaid's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Plug AI ships an update weekly, Unsaid every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
