# MyyShop vs Dark18

The clearest difference is ads: MyyShop at none against Dark18's shown. Dark18's advantage is review sentiment (44% vs 29%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyyShop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dark18 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.8 for MyyShop against 3.8 for Dark18. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dark18 has 176 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 29% of MyyShop's written reviews are positive against 44% of Dark18's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
