# Kindling vs Regular

The clearest difference is ads: Regular at none against Kindling's shown. Regular also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kindling sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and Regular sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kindling ships an update every 4 months, Regular every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
