# Flashcards vs Snugtale

The clearest difference is update cadence: Snugtale at every 2 weeks against Flashcards's every 6 months. Flashcards's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flashcards sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Snugtale sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
