# НЕОДОМ Житель vs MR Group

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MR Group at 56% against НЕОДОМ Житель's 8%. MR Group also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). НЕОДОМ Житель's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

НЕОДОМ Житель holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MR Group has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of НЕОДОМ Житель's written reviews are positive against 56% of MR Group's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

НЕОДОМ Житель ships an update every 2 months, MR Group every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
