# Gymstro vs 6

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Gymstro at none against 6's 6. Gymstro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (25 vs 1). 6's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 6 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Gymstro asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Gymstro against 5.0 for 6. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Gymstro ships an update every 9 days, 6 every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
