# NetPlay GO vs Flix

The clearest difference is rating: NetPlay GO at 5.0 against Flix's 3.8. NetPlay GO also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and device support (3 vs 1). Flix's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flix sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. NetPlay GO asks for nothing beyond the download.

NetPlay GO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flix has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NetPlay GO ships an update every 14 months, Flix monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
