Document what happened. Protect your peace. Keep your own clear, factual record — ready to export the moment you need it. Casewell is a private record-keeping app for separated parents. Log handovers, missed contact, expenses, messages, child wellbeing concerns, and important documents — then export a clean PDF bundle for your attorney, mediator, adviser, or court. YOURS ALONE Casewell is your private documentation tool, working entirely on your own device. The other parent doesn't need to install anything, approve anything, or even know you use it. Setup happens on your side, with nothing to coordinate or share between households. ONE TIMELINE FOR EVERYTHING - A record category for every situation: handovers, missed handovers, late pickups and drop-offs, communication, expenses, school, medical, safeguarding concerns, agreement and order issues, travel and holidays, child wellbeing, and documents. - Attach screenshots, photos, receipts, PDFs, and voice notes to any record. - Import message screenshots straight into a record. - Mark dates as exact or approximate, flag importance, and find anything later with search and category filters. BUILT FOR HANDOVER DAYS - Set up your custody schedule and get reminders before each handover. - Capture a quick note in seconds when things are tense, and tidy it up later. - Log late pickups, no-shows, and what was said while the details are still fresh. STAY FACTUAL, NOT EMOTIONAL Courts respond to facts. Casewell's optional neutral rewrite takes a heated draft and suggests measured, factual wording — you review and edit every suggestion before it's saved. TRACK EXPENSES AND WHAT YOU'RE OWED - Log every child-related cost with the receipt attached, from school trips to medical bills and clothing. - Follow each expense through recorded, requested, reimbursed, or disputed, so you always know what's been paid back and what's still outstanding. - Export an expense summary that totals it up and shows the reimbursement status of every item. COURT-READY EXPORTS Turn selected records into professional documents in minutes: - Timeline PDF of the records you choose. - Expense summary with reimbursement status. - Mediation pack for upcoming sessions. - Attorney bundle with attachments organized and referenced. YOUR PARENTING PLAN, TRACKED Record the details of your parenting plan — informal, mediated, or court-ordered — and log issues against it when something is missed. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Your records are stored in an encrypted vault on your device. - Passcode plus Face ID / Touch ID lock, with automatic locking when you leave the app. - A privacy shield hides your records in the app switcher. - Location, camera, and photo access are only used when you choose a feature that needs them. SUBSCRIPTION Casewell Premium includes everything above, with a 14-day free trial and weekly or annual plans. Your localized price is shown by the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
