# HOOBS vs Festi

The clearest difference is rating: Festi at 5.0 against HOOBS's 1.1. HOOBS's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Festi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HOOBS has 27 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
