# PRIMO GPS vs TrueSignal

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PRIMO GPS at none against TrueSignal's 6. PRIMO GPS also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). TrueSignal's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TrueSignal sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. PRIMO GPS asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PRIMO GPS against 5.0 for TrueSignal. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrueSignal has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
