# Dots vs 続。

The clearest difference is ads: Dots at none against 続。's shown. 続。's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dots sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 続。 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dots ships an update every 3 weeks, 続。 every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
