# Only SCP vs SCPHub

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SCPHub at 100% against Only SCP's 50%. SCPHub also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.0). Only SCP's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Only SCP sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and SCPHub sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SCPHub holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Only SCP has 79 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Only SCP's written reviews are positive against 100% of SCPHub's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
