# Superead vs VCT

The clearest difference is ads: Superead at none against VCT's shown. Superead also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). VCT's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 weeks). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superead sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and VCT sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Superead ships an update every 3 weeks, VCT every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
