# Sentry Pro vs ShrimpNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sentry Pro at every 2 weeks against ShrimpNote's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sentry Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and ShrimpNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
