# Met Opera vs Baltimore Symphony App

Met Opera and Baltimore Symphony App both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Baltimore Symphony App's written reviews are positive against 57% of Met Opera's. Met Opera's advantage is ratings volume (4.1K vs 336). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Met Opera against 4.8 for Baltimore Symphony App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Met Opera has 4.1K ratings behind it against 336, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 57% of Met Opera's written reviews are positive against 75% of Baltimore Symphony App's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
