# Homework AI vs Libbot

The clearest difference is ads: Libbot at none against Homework AI's shown. Libbot also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). Homework AI's advantage is ratings volume (4.9K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Homework AI sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Libbot sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Libbot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Homework AI has 4.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Homework AI ships an update every 3 weeks, Libbot every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
