# Boba Tea Maker vs Perfect Drop Challenge

The clearest difference is update cadence: Boba Tea Maker at every 4 days against Perfect Drop Challenge's every 4 weeks. Boba Tea Maker also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). Perfect Drop Challenge's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 374). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Boba Tea Maker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Perfect Drop Challenge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Perfect Drop Challenge holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Perfect Drop Challenge has 2.1K ratings behind it against 374, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Boba Tea Maker's written reviews are positive against 52% of Perfect Drop Challenge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Boba Tea Maker ships an update every 4 days, Perfect Drop Challenge every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
