# Brainway vs TagTally

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TagTally at 100% against Brainway's 15%. TagTally also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.1). Brainway's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brainway sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per 3 months and TagTally sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TagTally holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brainway has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 15% of Brainway's written reviews are positive against 100% of TagTally's.
