# PDF Reader vs Attention Defender

The clearest difference is ads: Attention Defender at none against PDF Reader's shown. PDF Reader's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Reader sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Attention Defender sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
