# Project LeanNation vs On Deck Academy

The clearest difference is monetization model: On Deck Academy at free against Project LeanNation's free with in-app purchases. On Deck Academy also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 82%). Project LeanNation's advantage is ratings volume (523 vs 11) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Project LeanNation against 5.0 for On Deck Academy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Project LeanNation has 523 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.
