# iFish vs ADHD Pal

The clearest difference is monetization model: iFish at freemium against ADHD Pal's subscription. iFish also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 67%) and ratings volume (13 vs 4). ADHD Pal's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iFish sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ADHD Pal sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ADHD Pal holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of iFish's written reviews are positive against 67% of ADHD Pal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iFish ships an update fortnightly, ADHD Pal every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
