# Enode vs SciReady

The clearest difference is update cadence: SciReady at every 3 days against Enode's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Enode sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and SciReady sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Enode ships an update every 3 weeks, SciReady every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
