# Jourful vs Oasis Lights

Jourful and Oasis Lights both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Jourful's written reviews are positive against 58% of Oasis Lights's. Oasis Lights's advantage is ratings volume (5.6K vs 1) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Jourful against 4.9 for Oasis Lights. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oasis Lights has 5.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Jourful's written reviews are positive against 58% of Oasis Lights's.

Jourful ships an update every 6 weeks, Oasis Lights every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
