# Fishi vs Reef Widgets

The clearest difference is price: Fishi at Free against Reef Widgets's $9.99. Fishi also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (581 vs 6). Reef Widgets's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On review sentiment, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Fishi is free to download; Reef Widgets costs $9.99 up front. Fishi sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Reef Widgets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fishi holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fishi has 581 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 56% and 57% positive.

Fishi ships an update every 3 weeks, Reef Widgets every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
