# schulNetz vs Prezenz

The clearest difference is update cadence: Prezenz at every 3 weeks against schulNetz's every 17 months. schulNetz's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

schulNetz ships an update every 17 months, Prezenz every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
