# Penthouse Paws vs Oasis Control

The clearest difference is update cadence: Oasis Control at fortnightly against Penthouse Paws's every 12 months. Oasis Control also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 5) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). Penthouse Paws's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 37%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Oasis Control holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Oasis Control has 3.2K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Penthouse Paws's written reviews are positive against 37% of Oasis Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Penthouse Paws ships an update every 12 months, Oasis Control fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
