# Music Tracker vs DigginCrate

The clearest difference is monetization model: DigginCrate at free against Music Tracker's freemium. DigginCrate also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Music Tracker's advantage is ratings volume (51 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Music Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and DigginCrate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DigginCrate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Music Tracker has 51 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
