# Dr Kate Tomas vs Astra Trainer

The clearest difference is ads: Astra Trainer at none against Dr Kate Tomas's shown. Astra Trainer also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (2K vs 15). Dr Kate Tomas's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dr Kate Tomas sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Astra Trainer sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $29.90 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Dr Kate Tomas against 4.8 for Astra Trainer.
