# Go VPN vs Tun Access

The clearest difference is rating: Tun Access at 5.0 against Go VPN's 4.4. Tun Access also leads on ads (none vs shown). Go VPN's advantage is ratings volume (86 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Go VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Tun Access sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $10.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tun Access holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Go VPN has 86 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Go VPN ships an update fortnightly, Tun Access every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
