# Amazing Budz vs UpLift Ohio

The clearest difference is update cadence: UpLift Ohio at fortnightly against Amazing Budz's every 7 months. UpLift Ohio also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (367 vs 8). Amazing Budz's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UpLift Ohio holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UpLift Ohio has 367 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Amazing Budz's written reviews are positive against 73% of UpLift Ohio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Amazing Budz ships an update every 7 months, UpLift Ohio fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
