# Saran Pilates vs Pilates Pro Flow

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Saran Pilates at 142 against Pilates Pro Flow's 3. Pilates Pro Flow's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Saran Pilates sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $26.00 per month and Pilates Pro Flow sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $39.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Saran Pilates against 5.0 for Pilates Pro Flow. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Saran Pilates has 142 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 98% of Saran Pilates's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pilates Pro Flow's.

Saran Pilates ships an update every 2 months, Pilates Pro Flow every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
