# Smarters Pro vs Remote Control

The clearest difference is update cadence: Smarters Pro at every 3 weeks against Remote Control's every 2 months. Smarters Pro also leads on device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smarters Pro sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and Remote Control sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smarters Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, Remote Control every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
