# Workout vs NeoFit

The clearest difference is update cadence: Workout at every 3 weeks against NeoFit's every 5 months. Workout also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Workout ships an update every 3 weeks, NeoFit every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
