# First Step vs Look Center

The clearest difference is ads: Look Center at none against First Step's shown. First Step's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. First Step sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Look Center sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

First Step ships an update weekly, Look Center every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
