# Habitara vs Long

The clearest difference is update cadence: Long at every 3 weeks against Habitara's every 3 months. Long also leads on iOS requirement (14.0.1 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Habitara ships an update every 3 months, Long every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
