# Gravl vs GRIPT App

The clearest difference is ads: GRIPT App at none against Gravl's shown. Gravl's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and chart position (#71 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gravl sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and GRIPT App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gravl ships an update weekly, GRIPT App every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
