# Slice & Soar vs Khataf

The clearest difference is update cadence: Khataf at every 2 weeks against Slice & Soar's every 2 months. Slice & Soar's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slice & Soar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Khataf sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slice & Soar ships an update every 2 months, Khataf every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
