# StrongFirst vs Wolf Pack Fit

The clearest difference is rating: Wolf Pack Fit at 4.4 against StrongFirst's 3.6. StrongFirst's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (28 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StrongFirst sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Wolf Pack Fit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Wolf Pack Fit holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StrongFirst has 28 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of StrongFirst's written reviews are positive against 75% of Wolf Pack Fit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StrongFirst ships an update every 3 weeks, Wolf Pack Fit every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
