# Sportrix vs Blue 42+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Blue 42+ at 75% against Sportrix's 31%. Blue 42+ also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1). Sportrix's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (2.3K vs 15). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sportrix sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Blue 42+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sportrix holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sportrix has 2.3K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Sportrix's written reviews are positive against 75% of Blue 42+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sportrix ships an update every 2 days, Blue 42+ weekly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
