# GGSTANDOFF vs DeSync

The clearest difference is update cadence: DeSync at every 4 days against GGSTANDOFF's every 14 months. DeSync also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). GGSTANDOFF's advantage is ratings volume (2.6K vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DeSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GGSTANDOFF has 2.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of GGSTANDOFF's written reviews are positive against 100% of DeSync's.

GGSTANDOFF ships an update every 14 months, DeSync every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
