# Tabla vs metromills

The clearest difference is ads: metromills at none against Tabla's shown. Tabla's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tabla sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and metromills sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tabla ships an update every 4 days, metromills every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
