# Pixel Sweepers vs Loop Hero

The clearest difference is ads: Loop Hero at none against Pixel Sweepers's shown. Loop Hero also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (3.9K vs 10). Pixel Sweepers's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pixel Sweepers sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Loop Hero sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pixel Sweepers against 4.9 for Loop Hero. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Loop Hero has 3.9K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Pixel Sweepers's written reviews are positive against 75% of Loop Hero's.

Pixel Sweepers ships an update every 6 days, Loop Hero every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
