# M2 COACHING vs Arise

The clearest difference is review sentiment: M2 COACHING at 100% against Arise's 53%. M2 COACHING also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Arise's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. M2 COACHING sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month and Arise sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

M2 COACHING holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arise has 21K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of M2 COACHING's written reviews are positive against 53% of Arise's.

M2 COACHING ships an update every 6 weeks, Arise fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
